Trainee Site Manager – New Build Housing – Staffordshire

Our client is one of the country`s fastest-growing house builders who have recently achieved a 5-star rating from the House Builder’s Federation (HBF); the highest accolade to be granted by the national housebuilding body.

The business currently builds 900 new homes for private sale and has plans to increase that output to 2,500 homes by 2021. With a huge landbank and planning already in place to build circa 22,000 homes these growth plans will be aided by the opening of new regional offices over the coming years affording excellent career progression opportunities for their staff.

They are currently recruiting Trainee Site Managers in the Staffordshire area to join their successful operational teams and are offering excellent training for successful candidates with a clear career progression paths into Site Management.

Their sites are typically brown field and they only deal in large multi-phased developments, as such they can offer successful candidates a continuity of project that other developers can’t. Typical developments consist new build housing for private sale and some larger mixed-use developments.

The client is keen to bring young talent through and progress them into management positions on merit. As such they offer a first-rate training programme and support all employees with any academic studies they chose to pursue.

Criteria:
• Experience working in the Construction Industry, preferably with new build housing experience.
• A hard work ethic, natural organisational skills and a team player.
• Ideally construction related qualifications.
