Our consultants at Kenton Black all come from differing backgrounds in terms of their previous careers and life experiences. With recruitment being a unique skillset, we recognise that there is no magic formula for what makes a successful Recruitment Consultant.

As such, we are keen to consider candidates from all backgrounds and walks of life from recent Graduates to candidates who may be attempting to start their 2nd or 3rd career.

At Kenton Black we pride ourselves on the development of our Trainee Consultants and a key part of this process starts with our selection process.

We recruit all year round for prospective Trainees who are interviewed by Senior members of the management team in a 2-stage process.
The successful candidates are then offered the opportunity to join the team!

On Turnover Earnings (many Consultants exceed these salaries guidelines):
Year 1 – circa £25k OTE
Year 2 – circa £35k OTE
Year 3 – circa £50k OTE
Year 4 – circa £70k OTE
