This successful and growing business is looking to appoint a Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant in their dynamic finance team. This is to cover a period of sick leave for 2-4 weeks. This team is headed by an excellent, well respected and engaging Finance Director who is also very supportive of their staff – temp or perm, so this is a well-run department. This business is very profitable and has grown year on year since inception with exciting plans ahead, so, although temporary, the business is a strong business to have on your CV.
Your role as the Purchase Ledger Assistant:
You will process the invoices, matching and coding and deal with supplier queries for which you will have experience of. If you have experience of supplier statement reconciliations etc you can carry these out too.
