I am currently Partnering my client a medium size house builder who are looking to appoint a freelance Site Manager for an 18 months assignment based in the West Midlands.
The successful candidate will have involvement in the project from initial design stage through to completion and will be expected to demonstrate their experience and undertake the following duties:
Manage Health and Safety across site operations, ensuring all site personal are adhering to the company's standards and procedures.
Project Management of the build program from inception through to completion, ensuring dwellings are completed in line with completion dates/customer handover.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors on site, coordinating trades to ensure they meet key build milestones.
Work with the NHBC to carry out site and plot inspections.
Work closely with the customer service and sales team to ensure the customer journey complies with company guidelines and the high standards that its customers expect.
Previous Site Management experience is essential, within an in-depth knowledge of the building and construction industry preferably the residential sector

Must possess a CCSCS card
Exceptional communicator who is able to motivate and lead by example
In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
Ability to manage site costs and budget
First Aid qualified
