Senior Quantity Surveyor
Modular Construction
East Midlands

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a major modular construction company, based in East Midlands.

With over 50 years’ construction experience, this is the UK’s largest offsite construction company. They invest in the best people, facilities, equipment and technology to drive innovation, deliver the highest quality and the safest working environment.

They require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based at their factory and head office in the East Midlands, may need to visit site as and when required. The surveyor will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and will carry out the duties and responsibilities as described further below.

Required

Degree/HND or HNC in Quantity Surveying or a similar commercial degree in construction. RICS membership preferred.
A full valid driving licence
CSCS qualified
Experience in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor, or in a similar role for a large main contractor or modular construction company.
