Senior Customer Service Advisor

Location: Birmingham

£25K - £30K (dependent upon experience) + Benefits

Monday to Friday, Days


This is a great role for an experienced customer service professional who is looking to progress their career in a mature environment with a growth focussed company.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team of Customer Services staff, to be responsible and accountable for prioritising and managing Customer Relationships and the associated administrative duties of the laboratory in an efficient, cost effective, quality orientated, safe, and timely manner.

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in a Customer Services team environment with a proven track record of meeting quality and client requirements.

• Excellent Customer awareness and focus are essential requirements in this role as is the ability to marry these requirements with the deliverables of the company.

• The role demands a person with a high degree of professionalism, a positive mental attitude, excellent negotiation skills and high levels of emotional intelligence.

• A proven track record in Customer facing situations and the ability to demonstrate effective dispute resolution

• Excellent telephone manner, impeccable written communication skills.

• Computer literate, with the ability to work effectively with a number of different formats, excel, word, outlook etc

• Desirable: degree or work experience in the scientific sector
