Project Quantity Surveyor - Derby - up to £50,000 plus package

A Main contractor that turns over c£250M from a number of regional offices are looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor. This Quantity Surveyor will join teams working on Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial & Residential schemes.

Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a UK main contractor and will have first-hand experience of commercially working on schemes up to £10 million in the following sectors:
• Student Accommodation
• Education
• Extra Care
• Healthcare
• Commercial


The ideal individual will be highly motivated, strong academic and working for the same main contractor c2 years on a permeate basis.
