Job Description

My client is one of the fastest growing housing developers based in Solihull developing high spec new build houses. Award Winning Developers working throughout the Midlands to provide quality residential and commercial properties.

The successful candidate must have experience in new build housing and have a good eye for detail. The candidate should also have the ability to work accurately to deadlines to produce the continued high-quality work. You should have the ability to deal with both clients and sub-contractors in a professional and influential manner.

Responsibilities

•Reporting to the Commercial Manager and the Commercial Director.
•The quantity surveyor is expected to work together with the site team taking full responsibility for the procurement of sub-contractors in an open and efficiently manner.
•Set and maintain internal and construction specifications.
•Ensure that you are familiar with the content of the current Subcontract Terms and Conditions.
