Proposals Coordinator - £35,000 - West Midlands

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Proposal Coordinator. The key purpose of this role is to provide co-ordination and administrative support to the bids team, throughout the bid process, ensuring a high level of excellence at all times.
Typical duties within the role -

• Maintain up-to-date company documentation/ certifications, ensuring that new content is saved in the centralised bid drives
• Download, store, and cascade incoming bid information to the relevant stakeholders
• Support the bid team in the qualification of opportunities and client research
• Complete templates and bid process documentation for each bid
• Ensure all documentation is compliant and follows brand guidelines and best practice
• Prepare and circulate bid timelines and answer plan templates to the Bid team and relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring remainders are
sent at each key milestone
• Maintain the electronic filing systems
• Complete supplier forms and requestions for company information.
• Log new bids and supplier form requests onto the bid register

You -

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced administration role. Bids and Proposals experience would be advantageous
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written English
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Experience interacting and managing senior stakeholders
