£60,000 p/a plus Company car/allowance and package including; generous holiday allowance, healthcare and pension

My Client is market-leader in the Construction sector specialising in Commercial and Industrial projects valued up to £30m, and with continued growth along the M1 Corridor and Home Counties are looking for two Project Managers in Milton Keynes. Duties and responsibilities include:

Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.
Implementing project strategies in order to achieve the Company’s sustainability objectives.
Establishing and maintaining standards of quality on site and ensure delivery of a quality build in accordance with the project specifications and requirements.
Managing Client expectations and adopting a professional and considerate approach to maintaining good working relations.
Implementing the supply chain policy.
Producing and developing project programmes and controlling operations to achieve delivery of the project on time.
Eliminating waste and avoidance of non-recoverable costs and preliminaries losses.
Maintaining continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness.
Implementing standard procedures.
Managing project handover and ensuring defect/snag free completion.
Implementing best practice and driving continuous improvement.

Successful candidates will possess:

Degree qualification or equivalent in Civil Engineering
SMSTS Certificate
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise works
Previous experience of delivering new build distribution centres, manufacturing facilities or warehouses (project values up to £20m)
