Project Manager (Commercial Office Fit-Out)
Operational patch to include the whole of the Midlands, Milton Keynes and Oxford.
My client is a market-leader in the commercial office fit-out sector, and with continued success, are recruiting for an experienced site-based Project Manager to strengthen their operations division. Projects values range from £250k to £3 million, duties and responsibilities include:
Managing projects from cradle to grave;
-working effectively with Operational Manager to ensure the projects are staffed correctly with experienced and qualified staff.
-protecting company interests throughout pre/post contract negotiations and on-site works.
-programming and planning. Utilisation of Asta software is essential.
-creating exceptional standards of behaviour and conduct on-site.
-ensuring compliance with company protocol and effective communication with project teams.
-developing strong relationships with clients, potential clients and industry bodies.
-ensure that all statutory and company health & safety requirements are met.
-maintain relationships with project teams and identify training and development needs.
-reporting across internal departments at progress meetings.
-communicating programme and strategy with project team through setting clear and achievable objectives.
-working with the design and procurement teams throughout the life cycle of each project.
-coordination and direction of subcontractors on-site.
-conducting regular meetings with clients and subcontractors.
Successful candidates will hold valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS accreditations coupled with 10+ years' experience delivering turnkey solutions within commercial and retail fit-out sectors.
