Your new role as Management Accountant/FBP:

As Management Accountant and FBP you shall work closely with the operational departments across several entities which will be under your personal remit. Managing the monthly accounting duties you shall also support the operational teams and business partner on a monthly basis in a 1-2-1 basis. Providing accurate and effective reporting you shall aid the decision making process and maintain close links across all levels in a role to add commercial value. As Management accountant you will take care of the monthly routine, supporting financial analysis and also work closely with the Financial Controller to monitor cash-flow. As the finance lead to your divisions you will manage the separate divisional budget setting process and work closely with stakeholders to track this through KPI’s. As a Business Partner for the organisation you shall lead from the front to manage and develop the finance function, as well as the quality of financial data produced. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you shall be a pivotal member of the finance team. Contributing towards strategic development and the operational management across all areas of the organisation, you shall play a critical role in helping build financial understanding across the business through effective business partnering, developing positive working relationships in many areas. With responsibility for the production of detailed accounting and supporting analysis you shall work closely with other FBP and Management accountants who take responsibility for financial transaction processing (sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll). A rounded and rewarding position you shall work closely with stakeholders to ensure budgets and forecasted numbers remain a focus.

Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:

To be considered you shall have a proven track record of adding value in a commercial role. You shall hold a professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CTA) and have a commercial mind-set with strategic awareness. Hands-on and technically strong you shall have experience of maintaining tight financial controls whilst developing and improving process and financial data. This role is both business partnering and core finance, you shall be able to manage workload and have effective methods to communicate financial date to non-financial stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
