Job Description

I am looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual administration of the residential construction projects, ensuring that general quantity surveying duties are performed to the highest standard and ensuring full contractual and monetary entitlement is achieved.

About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overall cost management of one or more housing sites within the business. You will be tasked with deceiving clear and accurate records of cost manager, procurement, and subcontract management of payments to final accounts. Sub-contractor background will be considered but if you’re working at a Housebuilder current that would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have a background as a quantity surveyor delivering projects through to successful profitable completion.
You will be an enthusiastic and committed team-player able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Naturally you will be expected to demonstrate commercial awareness, legal and contractual knowledge and experience and sound data interrogation skills.
