Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Heavy Plant Mechanic/Engineer with a plant engineering/construction background to join their team in the south. The successful Service Engineer will travel to customer sites mainly within the plant construction industry and will carry out maintenance, service and repairs to machinery.

This is the perfect opportunity for candidates wishing to join an established and well-known company that is an industry leader within their field. This position does not include extensive travel.

Service Engineer Responsibilities:
Experience working on Heavy Construction Plant such as Bulldozers, Dumpertucks & Excavators
Carry out inspections and repairs of machines as required
Ensure service documentation is completed accurately

Service Engineer Requirements:
Hold a relevant qualification City & Guilds, SVQ, NVQ or equivalent
Must have proven experience within plant/construction engineering
Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulics equipment
Hold a full driving licence
