General Manager of the South West to manage, lead, mentor and motivate a team of employees split between operations and sales within a region, to deliver profit & loss targets, of a modular building company.
You will be responsible for management of the health and safety, sales, operations and customer service teams.
Responsible for implementing a health and safety culture.
Develop, implement and maintain a sales strategy
Manage the Key Account Managers, Area Account Managers and Internal Sales Teams.
Manage the operations management team
Manage cost control and budgets
Ensure all products are of quality and are delivered to customer specifications
Ensure excellent after sales service and communication with customers
Ensure delivery of budget and EBITDA.
Background as a General Manager with a modular building company, or currently reporting to a General Manager and looking to make the next step.
Extensive senior management experience of modular building.
