Your new role as Finance Manager:
As Finance Manager you shall support the Head of Financial Reporting to produce accurate, detailed and timely month and year accounts. Managing a small team you shall operate in a highly commercial role to support and advise on future and current business strategy, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.
Main Role Duties:
• The Production of Monthly Management accounting information
• Develop process and procedure across the finance function in an ongoing process improvement strategy. and also assist with future implementation of a developed finance system in the future
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders as a business partner. Working closely on future business strategy and focus on the management of the budget and forecasting process
• Management over the production of the group statutory accounts for the entity
• Supervision, development and hiring to the finance team
• Enhancing the commercial detail available, developing internal reporting, board pack detail and the presentation of financial data for internal stakeholders
• Seek to enable the development and training of colleagues.

Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:
To be considered for this role you shall hold a full financial qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a proven track record in a similar management role. You shall have managed or supervised junior staff and ideally have operated in a large business. With a proven track record of developing process and procedure you shall ideally have had exposure to a group structure. A strong business partner and commercially astute you shall have added value in a finance position and worked closely to monitor performance. Strong in the ability to communicate across an organisation you shall also maintain excellent written and oral communication skills and have strong technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
