Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a large not-for-profit organisation who are looking to strengthen their finance function by appointing a qualified Finance Business Partner. This is a pivotal role which has been designed to take the lead on various key projects within the organisation.
This is a full time position (37 hours), with flexibility around working hours and a combination of office and remote working is available.
Your New Role as Finance Business Partner:
As Finance Business Partner you will work within an experienced team of other finance professionals in providing meaningful financial support and advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders for the projects in which you will support. You will produce timely budgets for ongoing projects and provide financial analysis and due diligence to enable you to advise on any key financial issues which may arise. You will be involved in sourcing funding for projects, liaising with relevant external partners and undertake financial appraisals as required.
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
Full CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA qualification is required for this role with substantial experience of managing large volumes of financial data and reports to present to non-financial stakeholders. This position is well suited to a senior finance professional with a project accounting or finance business partnering background with demonstratable strengths in communication and providing financial advice cross-functionally.
Salary and Reward on Offer:
The successful individual will receive a competitive starting salary with periodic salary reviews and annual increases. You will benefit from a generous annual leave entitlement starting at 25 days, rising with length of service. You will also be entitled to their public sector pension scheme. In addition, flexi-time working arrangements are available with the opportunity to work part of the week remotely.
