We are currently recruiting for one of our clients who is a privately-owned construction company specialising within the Residential sector, building homes and apartments for a range of clients as well as offering a private sale element.

Based out of Cannock the business operates on a regional basis and are growing fast which has created an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Manager. This role is providing an excellent opportunity for customer care professionals from a housebuilding background who are career motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Rectify and resolve defects, monitoring and acting on measures of customer satisfaction results
• Manage Customer Service Operatives and their responsibilities
• Visit customers when necessary
• Ensuring that customers’ expectations are met, and the customer journey is positive

Candidate Criteria:

• Possess a can-do attitude placing the customers’ needs and requirements to the fore.
• Possessing a professional and confident approach always and previous experience in client facing or customer service role
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages and have excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Be decisive and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to and negotiate with different types of customer.
