East Midlands
£70,000 + package


Kenton Black are recruiting on behalf of a £200m Regional Main Contractor, who over the last 18 months have experienced huge growth within their Building division. They have a strong history spanning back over 60 years, working on projects ranging from £5m up to £25m. The East Midlands office is headed up by an Operations Director and has 2 Contracts Manager reporting into him, due to a huge order book and influx of work, they need a 3rd Contracts Manager to join the team. They are privately owned with a very low staff turnover and pride themselves on several awards they've won for being one of the best contractors to work for, in the UK.

Contracts Manager - Commercial Manager

To be considered for the Contracts Manager position, you must be currently working for a Main Contractor that operate within the Building sector and ideally be operating at Contracts Manager level. Due to the nature of the role, unfortunately they will not consider applications from Project Managers wanting to step up, unless the applicant can provide examples of current experience where it is transferable to the Contracts Manager role.
