My Client is a Market-leader within the Civil Engineering industry specialising in large infrastructure projects nationwide and with continued growth are looking for a MEICA Supervisor to join their Operational Division in Durham. Reporting directly into the MEICA Manager and working on a six-year framework of clean and waste water projects across the North East region valued up to £25m, responsibilities include:
Managing projects from contract award through to completion.
Liaising with Project Management and Site Teams.
Ensuring the successful completion of projects in accordance with Quality, Safety and Environmental measures.
Improving and maintaining Client and Supply Chain relationships.
Supervision of Subcontractors and reviewing quality and progress of work.
Ensuring safe working environment and monitoring materials used.
Commissioning and overseeing the installation of systems, plant and equipment.
Contract completion and data collection (DRL).
Successful candidates will possess a Degree in a construction discipline (or equivalent) and technical expertise in the placement of sub-contracts and material orders relating to Electrical/Mechanical equipment. Experience in Water/Waste Water commissioning is essential twinned with promoting collaborative behaviours with Customers and Design Partners. Technical expertise in commissioning of the works and completion of all necessary site acceptance test documents is required.
