Business Development Manager (Commercial Office Fit-Out)
£60,000 p/a plus Company car/allowance and package including generous bonus scheme
My Client is an established Regional Contractor specialising in Commercial Office D&B, Fit-Out and Refurbishment projects and with continued growth are actively recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to increase their market share across the Midlands.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Generating new business and management of existing Client's accounts.
Create and develop business strategy with Regional Director.
Report directly into Regional Director and Marketing Director with sales activity and specific customer requirements.
Accurately report annual and monthly costs to Financial Director.
Act as business representative for the Midlands region improving the organizations market position and achieving financial growth.
Cross-sell opportunities with Internal Divisions and Regional Branches.
Successful candidates will possess:
Extensive knowledge of Commercial Office D&B, Fit-Out and Refurbishment sector.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Proven sales background in the Commercial Office Fit-Out sector with established contacts (both Client and Supply Chain)
Flexible approach to work (both practices and travel)
Adept at working to tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills with the ability to Project Manage multiple task.
Ability to understand Client and market demands and translate into an accessible and successful proposition.
