We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager based in Birmingham who would be interested in working for a highly reputable multidisciplinary construction consultancy. You will assist in the delivery of projects from inception to completion with minimum supervision, to meet the project objectives in accordance with company policies.
The role will involve:
Conduct administrative functions associated with project and property management
Scheduling and programming
Support in the role of Employer’s Agent
Drafting of standard contract forms and collating project documentation
Monitoring project costs in line with approved budgets
Managing sub-consultants and contractors
Visiting construction sites, meeting with sub-contractors, contractors, clients.
You will ideally have:
Project management and contract administration experience within the construction or property industry
High standard of communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
