Our client is ideally looking for a highly motivated Architectural Technician with around 5 years post qualification experience. The Architectural Technician is required to work within the consultancies Residential sector so it would be highly advantageous to have previous experience within this sector. Projects will include new builds, apartments and developments with up to 1000 units. This consultancy also occasionally work within the Commercial, Retail and Healthcare sector. On a daily basis the Architectural Technician will be responsible for working with a range of large house builders, run projects, produce working drawings, technical detailing and working on site. The Architectural Technician will be required to use Revit on a daily basis so it would be advantageous to have an excellent working knowledge of this although training is provided if needed.

Architectural Technician Position Requirements

Living in or around the Sutton Coldfield area
Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
Experience within the Residential sector
Excellent knowledge of Revit

Salary; £30k - £40k+ (DOE)
